By signing up for texts, you consent to receive SMS to schedule/confirm appointments, provide customer support related to products or services. from Made To Party, LLC at the number you provided, including messages sent by auto dialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan. Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies based on communication needs. Recurring messages are approximately once per month. You will receive messages approximately once per month, or as needed based on your interactions with our services. Our messages may include updates and important information about your relationship with us.

1. Order Placement & Confirmation

  • All balloon orders must be placed through our official website.

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • Customers will receive an order confirmation via email with details of their purchase.

  • Any modifications to an order must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup.

2. Pickup & Delivery

  • Orders must be picked up at the designated time and location selected at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for the safe transport of their balloon orders after pickup.

  • If delivery is available and selected, we will deliver to the address provided at checkout.

  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information or unavailable recipients may result in additional fees.

3. Balloon Guarantee & Liability

  • Balloons are only guaranteed on the day of the event.

  • We use high-quality materials and professional techniques to ensure durability, but factors such as temperature, handling, and environment may impact longevity.

  • We are not responsible for balloons that deflate, pop, or become damaged after pickup or delivery due to weather conditions, rough handling, or external factors.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Orders canceled at least 72 hours before pickup/delivery are eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders canceled within 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup/delivery.

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for balloons once they have left our possession unless there is a documented issue at the time of pickup.

5. Customization & Substitutions

  • We strive to match balloon colors and designs as requested, but slight variations may occur.

  • In cases of supply shortages, we reserve the right to make substitutions with similar colors or styles to fulfill the order.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must inspect their order upon pickup/delivery and notify us of any issues immediately.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to follow all care instructions provided to maintain the longevity of the balloons.

  • Balloons should not be left in extreme heat or cold, near sharp objects, or unsupervised with young children.

7. Liability Waiver

  • Made to Party is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use or handling of our balloons.

  • Customers assume full responsibility for balloons once they have left our premises.

8. Contact Information

By signing up, you agree to receive promotional and informational messages from us confirming your event details and no more than one monthly promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. 'To stop receiving messages replay with STOP.
